Tungsten carbide corrugating roll can be extend 2 times, 3 times even 4 times more of lifespan which is longer than hard chrome coating.
It can raise the cardboard hardness, to reduce glue consumption and waste of medium paper when applied with UVV and V flute profile design.
Effectively to add cardboard hardness, so it can be replaced by more lighter base weight of medium paper, the cost saved is over than the investment of corrugating roll.
